By visualizing epigenetic regulatory protein binding to chromatin using BiFC analysis, we
found that different polycomb repressive complex subunits bind to
different chromosomal regions independently of histone modifications (Vincenz, 2008). | By
measuring the kinetics and distributions of Polycomb Group proteins in
embryonic stem cells and in differentiating cells, we identified changes
in the dynamics of epigenetic regulatory proteins in response to
differentiation (Ren, 2008). |
