By visualizing and modulating FoxP1-Nfat3 interactions in cardiomyocytes, we found that FoxP1 suppresses cadiomyocyte hypertrophy induced by Nfat3 activation by repressing hypertrophy-associated genes and activating differentiation-associated genes (Bai, 2011).
By visualizing the genes that are bound by dKeap1 and CncC and by measuring their transcription in mutant Drosophila , we found that dKeap1 and CncC control pupation by regulating both ecdysone biosynthetic and response genes (Deng, 2013).
